Amy Schumer took Bill Cosby to court on last night’s (May 26) episode of her Comedy Central show Inside Amy Schumer. But, she’s not one of the women suing him, she’s actually defending him.
Playing his defense attorney in the “Court of Public Opinion,” Schumer tries to do her best to prove the comedian, who has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting more than 30 women over the course of several decades—accusations Cosby and his lawyers have repeatedly denied—is innocent. No easy feat, being that the clip starts with the prosecution saying “the evidence clearly points to guilt.”

Schumer’s tactic? To distract the jury by playing some music and then shimmying. “Woo! That was already fun, wasn’t it?” she asks the jury after her dance. “Right? Did everybody feel happy just now?”
